Careers · one open role

Insurance Sales Representative

You'll meet with people about the coverage that protects their family, their income, and their retirement — then help them choose it. This is a consultative sales role with real territory ownership, not a lead-churn desk.

What you'll do

  1. 01Sit down with people — often through referrals and your own network — and find out what they actually need protected.
  2. 02Walk them through life, health, income protection, and retirement options in plain language, and recommend one.
  3. 03Handle the paperwork, the underwriting questions, and the follow-up so nothing stalls.
  4. 04Review every book annually as lives change: new baby, new home, new business, retirement approaching.
  5. 05Keep records in our CRM and bring your pipeline to a weekly coaching session.

Who it fits

The career-changer

You've done something else for years — teaching, healthcare, hospitality, sales in another industry — and you're good with people who are having a hard week.

The licensed agent

You already have your license and maybe a book, and you'd rather have mentorship, warm referrals, and real support than another override check.

The self-starter

You don't need supervision, you need a plan. You'll be handed a proven one and a mentor who has used it.

What you'll bring

  • Reliable transportation and a working phone
  • A clean background check
  • Comfort talking to people you've just met
  • Willingness to earn a life & health license (we sponsor it)

What we provide

  • —Licensed sponsorship and study support
  • —A structured onboarding program — paid, not a weekend seminar
  • —A dedicated mentor rep from your first week
  • —Weekly coaching and case reviews
  • —Marketing resources, referral systems, and a CRM that does the busywork

Application instructions

How to apply

There is no portal to register for and no résumé format to guess at. The form below reaches the recruiting desk directly.

  1. 1Fill in the application form below — name, email, phone, your state, and your licensing status.
  2. 2Tell us briefly what you've been doing and what you want next. Two or three sentences is plenty.
  3. 3A recruiter reads it and replies, usually within two business days, to book a short intro call.
  4. 4We walk through the role, territory, and pay. If it fits both ways, we set a start date and a licence-sponsorship plan.

Apply now

Two minutes now, a conversation this week.

Answer the licensing question honestly — it changes nothing about whether we talk, it just tells us which path to put you on.
